Thallus: kôrovitý, okraj lupeňovitý, žltozelený až žltý, bez pruiny, laloky 0,1-0,5 mm, výrazne zvrásnené, zospodu čierne s rhizinami
Prothallus: chýba
Apothecia: spočiatku zanorené do 1-2 mm, medzi lalokmi, tmavo červenohnedé až čierne
Reakcie: K-, C-, Pd+ žlto oranžová
Substrát: kyslé skaly a štrbiny s machom, dobre osvetlené, zriedkavý druh horských oblastí nad 900 mnm
